The feedback from sponsor’s at events where Expo News is always overwhelmingly positive.  In fact it is usually the first question that they ask the organiser at the end of the show “Is Expo News doing it again next show?”

How it Works

  • The expo’s major sponsors offer key prizes
  • Prizes and sponsors are advertised in pre-show marketing, prominently at the show, and on tickets and QR Code Coupons.
  • This serves as an incentive for visitors to attend the show and to register their details with Expo News. (As the only way to enter the major competitions is through the QR Codes and Registrations)
  • The sponsor’s then have a QR Code Scanner on their stand to enable visitors to enter their competition.

Benefits for Sponsors

  • Traffic is directed to their stands (by placement of competition scanning points in their areas)
  • Visitors who scan their QR code on the sponsor’s stand are  ‘opting-in’ to their mailing list
  • The sponsor’s receive an electronic Excel / CSV file the next business day after the show’s close complete with targeted survey data
  • Enables easily fulfilling lead generation targets and KPI’s that they have set for themselves.
  • Open rates for post-show emails are consistently much higher than standard open rates (as they are hot leads) and lead to higher conversion rates.
